Metabolic Fitness, also known as MFC (2013-2022), is a unique internal fitness personal training and traditional, internal martial art coaching operating since 2006. We offer specialized multi-disciplinary personal training service 1-on-1,  and group large or small to all ages and fitness level.

MFC training disciplines and methodologies emphasize in metabolic conditioning, functional training,  and foundation training. These focuses on delivering "Inner Balance" in 3 major distinct training processes:  i.  Wellness Training & Conditioning, ii. Internal Fitness and iii. Internal Kung Fu. Within these processes, MFC will deliver most simple, yet effective training routine for you reach your desired health & fitness goals in a consistent manner that will lead you to a more balanced and healthy living.

Wellness Training

Wellness Training is a holistic training process that develops and builds the foundation or basic elementary internal/external physical skills. This approach trains and conditions our body to  function effectively and efficiently as an integrated physical structure to achieve desired utmost inner &  outer balance.

Internal Kung Fu

 

MFC teach and coach Internal Kung Fu which can be understood as the skilled work derived from  the inside of the body. This is the basis of kung fu foundation skills that can be applied to combat external martial arts styles if so desired. 

Two major distinct self-defense/combat skillsTai Chi / Kung Fu (Chen, Hong style) or SPM - Preying Mantis  Kung Fu  offered at MFC, You will learn to devlelop and /or enhance this "inside skilled work"
